Tienda Online- Retornos GRATIS.

Tenemos una política de cambios de 15 días, lo que significa que tiene 15 días después de recibir su artículo para solicitar algun cambio por otro producto o size. No se devuelve dinero. De no desear o estar disponible el articulo, el dinero se quedaria como credito en tienda. El articulo seleccionado, de haber alguna diferencia en precio sera su responsabilidad pagar la diferencia de ser un costo mayor al articulo antes comprado. De ser un articulo de menor precio, la diferencia se quedaria como credito en tienda.

Para ser elegible para un cambio por otro producto su artículo debe estar en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibió, sin usar ,con etiquetas.  También necesitará el recibo o comprobante de compra. Para iniciar algun cambio, puede contactarnos a confidentbtq@gmail.com.

Daños y Problemas

Nos aseguramos de que el producto esta en perfecto estado una vez enviado. Comuniquese con nosotros si ocurriese algun problema para que podamos evaluar la situacion y corregirla.

 

Excepciones / Artículos no retornables

Ciertos tipos de artículos no se pueden devolver, como trajes de banos, accesorios y correas

Comuníquese con nosotros si tiene preguntas o inquietudes sobre su artículo específico. Desafortunadamente, no podemos aceptar devoluciones de artículos en oferta o tarjetas de regalo.

 

Intercambios

La forma más rápida de asegurarse de obtener lo que desea es devolver el artículo que tiene y, una vez que se acepte la devolución (cambio por articulo), realice una nueva compra para el nuevo artículo.

 

Reembolsos

No se realizan reembolsos. Le notificaremos una vez que hayamos recibido e inspeccionado su devolución y le informaremos como proceder para el proximo articulo o credito en tienda.

NOTA

 Una vez seleccione su proximo articulo, debera pagar la etiqueta de envio para ese proximo articulo. Asegurese de colocar bien su informacion personal y la talla de la pieza, para que el envio puede realizarse con exito.

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for another product or size. No refunds. If the item is not desired or available, the money will remain as store credit. If the selected item has a difference in price, it will be your responsibility to pay the difference if it is a higher cost than the previously purchased item. If it is a lower-priced item, the difference will remain as store credit.

Damages and Problems

We make sure that the product is in perfect condition once it is shipped. Please contact us if any issues arise so we can assess the situation and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as swimwear, accessories, and belts

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted (exchange for item), make a new purchase for the new item.

Refunds

No refunds are given. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know how to proceed for the next item or store credit.

NOTE

Once you select your next item, you will need to pay for the shipping label for that next item. Make sure to enter your personal information and the size of the item correctly so that the shipment can be made successfully.
